On 8th October 2019, CSI Singapore hosted the Graduate Recruitment, which was attended by participants from varied backgrounds, ranging from undergraduate students and graduates from NTU and NUS to research staff from National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) and National University Cancer Institute (NCIS). The event served as an excellent platform for participants to gain insights into the PhD program offered at CSI Singapore.
The event kick started with a warm welcome by the Director of CSI Singapore, Prof. Daniel Tenen, followed by an introductory talk by the CSI Graduate Committee Member, Dr. Yvonne Tay. Dr. Tay provided the participants with an informative overview of the Graduate Program available at CSI Singapore.

After lunch, the participants were introduced to the different cutting-edge research facilities available at CSI Singapore through a series of laboratory tours. They had the opportunity to witness hands on laboratory demonstrations and presentations conducted by some of our Principal Investigators (PIs) and their laboratory members.

We hope that the participants have gained a comprehensive overview of the Graduate Program at CSI Singapore and more importantly, a clearer understanding of cancer research.
